Word out of Boston has GM Peter Chiarelli talking to teams about the availability of forwards with “size” on the market.
The Bruins, with a good chunk of their forwards on the ’smallish’ side, are looking to position their team to be better prepared for a long run in the tough and very physical NHL playoffs.

Big Zdeno Chara did not practice with the Bruins yesterday, however did travel to Toronto and is expected to play tonight against the Maple Leafs.
Also expect Aaron Ward (neck) and Chuck Kobasew (back) both to return to the Bruins lineup tonight.
