Coming off an impressive 3-1 win over Phoenix on Saturday night, the Boston Bruins Western road swing continues on Wednesday when they take on the defending Stanley Cup champions Anaheim Ducks.

Coach Julien has yet to name his starter in goal - but it’s expected he will give Manny Fernandez a 2nd shot at earning his first ‘W’ in a Bruins uniform.  Tim Thomas, who played a solid game against the Yotes, will patiently wait for his opportunity to re-claim the #1 role in beantown.

Center Marc Savard is listed as day-to-day for Boston and is unlikely to suit up. 

Winger Brandon Bochenski should see his first action of the season for Boston.

Anaheim has come out of the gates in 07 with an apparent hangover from last years Cup win.  They have only 1 win through their first five games this season.
