Bruins goalie Manny Fernandez was back on the ice for a lengthy workout Monday at Ristuccia Arena.

Fernandez, who has been on IR since Oct. 30 when he suffered a left knee strain during practice, has been working his way back to game shape.

Manny is expected to see action on Saturday night versus Montreal.    Although nothing is official, Tim Thomas will most likely get the start between the pipes in the Bruins next game Thursday against Toronto.
